PowderCoater
The schedule
Four days on. Three days off. Every week.
Ten-hour shifts, four days a week. No rotating weekends, no guessing at next month's schedule — you get the same long weekend every single week.
What you bring
Requirements
This is a role for someone who already knows the booth. We're not looking to train from scratch — we're looking for a coater who can run the line.
- Minimum 3 years of powder coating experience
- Experience setting up and operating powder coating equipment
- Knowledge of part preparation, masking, plugging, powder application and curing
- Ability to adjust equipment for proper coverage and finish
- Ability to identify and correct coating defects
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work safely and effectively as part of a team
What you'll do
On the job
Enclosure parts come to you raw and leave finished. You own that hand-off, from prep through cure to the final quality check.
- Prepare parts for coating — prep, masking and plugging
- Apply powder coating to spec
- Perform color changes
- Monitor curing
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain equipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized
The work
Every part you finish ends up on a machine somewhere.
ProEnclosures builds cab enclosures for forklifts, skid steers and compact track loaders — built in the USA and shipped to dealers and fleets across the country. The finish you put on a part is the first thing the customer sees.
To apply
Send your resume.
If you have at least three years of powder coating experience and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay is competitive and based on experience and skill level.
