Position Overview:
As a Business Development/Sales Representative at ProEnclosures, you will play a pivotal role in driving targeted exponential growth by expanding our customer base and increasing sales volume. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory: Northeastern Market from Pennsylvania to Maine.
- Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities to expand ProEnclosures’ market share.
- Align go to market strategy to the overarching sales strategy that aligns with ProEnclosures' exponential growth goals, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ProEnclosures’ product lines and services to effectively communicate solutions to potential clients.
- Lead sales negotiations, contribute to pricing discussions, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continually refine and adjust sales tactics.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales cycles and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in Material Handling, Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, or Construction.
- Must have a demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on growth and expansion.
- Must have the ability to work independently, set ambitious goals, and stay focused on achieving results. This role requires someone who is very driven and excels at opening doors and finding new business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that add value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies to align with the company’s rapid growth.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time across the Northeast territory.
